Responsibilities include: Format training curricula, manuals, reports, and letters using MS Word and InDesign style sheets. Coordinate and process travel advances, reimbursement, and reconciliation. Maintain publications subscriber database and send out e-publications to list of subscribers derived from database. Maintain and respond to technical problems with 200-page website, and handling administrative issues related to ISP, and domain name maintenance. Maintain online publications archive server, and other publications and training online services. Lead Systems Administration Work Group when System Administration Manager is away. Administer Publications Work Group including repairing permissions, Sophos Antivirus sweeps, and Exchange Server technical support. Work within MAC OSX. Run Retrospect backups of entire Mac user group at MCB and troubleshoot issues with permissions when they arise.
Major Accomplishments:
• Successfully used latest web technologies in presenting Moodle courses to clients using Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), Book Resources, and HTML.
• Implemented budget tracking and project planning to fulfill contractual obligations with Government agencies.
• Administer the AIDS Health Project backup servers, hard drives, tape machines and data recovery for network and systems security.

Telemedicine Coordinator

Responsibilities included: Coordinating up to ten clinics per week through telemedicine video conferencing. Served as a liaison between assigned MDs and administrative staff, California Department of Corrections personnel, UCSF personnel and other parties. Created a new telemedicine clinic structure including protocols for patient care, patient flow sheets and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) templates.
Major Accomplishments:
• Provided senior technical support for telemedicine network and conferencing systems.
• Maintained Access database to track transgender patients through prison chain of custody.
• Provided end-to-end connectivity for voice/video conferencing and medical data transfer over TCP/IP Network taking into account HIPPA compliance.
• Installation, testing, operations, and maintenance of Tandberg 9000 remote voice/video stations in prison settings for telemedicine network and conferencing systems.

Created new protocols for library card renewals that allowed for a speedier process for contract clientele.

• Maintained InMagic records for over 700 distinct clients and managed over 10,000 Individual document requests per year through the Windows 2000 Server.
• Used dynamic web languages (HTML, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and XML) to create web interfaces to deliver requested documents.
